The Osun State Police Command has declared two men, Faturoti Kehinde and Adumati Idowu, wanted for their alleged involvement in the m8rder of a Federal Road Safety Corps officer, Lasisi Funmilayo, and her daughter, Sewa. Lasisi, 38, and her 10-year-old daughter were reported missing on the morning of Sunday, November 2, 2025, after they left their residence at the Obasanjo Hilltop Estate, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, and never returned. Their mutilated body parts were discovered at a suspected herbalist’s den in Osu , in what is suspected to be ritual k!lling. Police later arrested her boyfriend, Victor Fajemirokun, alongside two herbalists, Gboyega Daramola and Sunday James. In a notice issued in Osogbo on Friday, March 13, 2026, the spokesperson of the command, Command, Abiodun Ojelabi, gave personal features of Faturoti, also known as Fagorite, describing him as 36 years old, dark in complexion, white teeth, 1.7m tall, pointed nose, oblong head, black hair and Yoruba by tribe. The police said the second suspect, Adumati, from Ijurin-Ekiti, Ekiti State, about 38 years old, is dark in complexion with white teeth and 1.7m tall, has pointed nose, oblong head, black hair and Yoruba by tribe. According to the statement, the two men are wanted regarding their roles in the m8rder of Lasisi and her daughter and called for information that could lead to their arrest. Faturoti Kehinde a.k.a Fagorite is about 36 years old, dark in complexion, white teeth, 1.7m tall, pointed nose, oblong head, black hair and Yoruba by tribe. Suspect is wanted for a case of murder of Mrs Lasisi Funmilayo Oluwamayokun f aged 38 years and Lasisi Sewa f aged 10 year, the statement read. “Anybody that harbours the suspect will be treated by the police as accomplice to the crime highlighted above. Anybody having useful information as to his whereabouts will be handsomely rewarded. Adumati Idowu is about 38 years old, dark in complexion, white teeth, 1.7m tall, pointed nose, oblong head, black hair and Yoruba by tribe. Suspect is wanted for a case of murder of Mrs Lasisi Funmilayo Oluwamayokun f aged 38 years and Lasisi Sewa f aged 10 years. Anybody that harbours the suspect will be treated by the police as accomplice to the crime highlighted above. Anybody having useful information as to his whereabouts will be handsomely rewarded”
