The African Petroleum Regulators Forum (AFRIPERF) has unanimously adopted Nigeria as its official headquarters and elected the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) Chief Executive, Gbenga Komolafe, as chairman of the Forum.
