Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca revealed the lineup and positions for several key players in his squad, especially his rich attacking options.

During their 1-0 victory over Bournemouth, Enzo Maresca showcased the team’s strong attacking options. Players such as Noni Madueke, Cole Palmer, Neto, and Nicolas Jackson were among the starters at the Vitality Stadium.

As the game remained deadlocked at 0-0, Maresca made strategic substitutions, bringing in Christopher Nkunku, Joao Felix, and Jadon Sancho from the bench.

There has been some discussion regarding the positioning of Neto, who has predominantly played on the left wing following his summer transfer from Wolves to Chelsea due to the impressive form of Madueke.

Ahead of Chelsea’s London derby against West Ham United, Enzo Maresca clarified that Jadon and Misha Mudryk are the left-wingers in his squad, while Noni and Pedro are designated as right-wingers.

Additionally, Joao Felix and Cole are considered attacking midfielders, and Nicolas, Christopher, and Marc Guiu are the options for the No. 9 position.

Maresca emphasized that the team has at least two players for each position, ensuring competition and depth within the squad.

He said: “As left-wingers, we have Jadon and Misha [Mudryk].

“As right-wingers, we have Noni and Pedro. As attacking midfielders, we have Joao Felix and Cole.

“As a No9, we have Nicolas, Christo and Marc. We do not have so many players, we have two players for each position.”
